Pallet racking beams suitable for storing pallets of up to 1000kg each
Warehouses or workshops using either the 2250mm or 2700mm wide pallet racking bay ranges can now order additional beams which give greater flexibility of pallet height in the workplace. This allows for greater economy in warehouse space and investment, particularly when the pallet bays are not fully utilised for pallets and shelving or decking can be installed.
For the 2250mm wide x 1100mm deep racking bays, the beams will take two pallets 1000mm wide x 1200mm deep with a clearance of 75mm either side of the pallet, they are finished in a highly visible yellow orange (RAL 2000). For the 2250mm wide x 900mm deep racking bays, the beams will take two pallets 1000mm wide x 1000 mm deep with a clearance of 75 mm. For the 2700 mm wide x 1100mm deep racking bays, the beams will take two pallets 1200mm wide x 1200mm deep with 100mm clearance at the side of each pallet. For the 2700mm wide x 900mm deep racking bays, the beams will take two pallets 1200 mm wide x 1000 mm deep with clearance of 100mm. The maximum weight load in all cases is 1000kg per pallet.
We can also supply an anti-collapse system for your pallet racking that is the strongest on the market and provides a durable barrier against accidents caused by goods falling from or being mistakenly knocked off pallet racks. It is made from fully welded mesh and steel frames and is available in three models with different levels of protection. Anti-collapse panels are easy to mount using sturdy brackets that fit the majority of pallet racks. Call 0808 274 9657 for more information.
