Workgate 3 or 4 gate barrier sets available in red or yellow

The Workgate manhole barrier sets are manufactured in one piece from polyethylene, a high density material known for its durability, when combined with the highly visible design it makes the ideal barrier system for street and road works such as cable laying, manhole repairs and other temporary excavation work.

This barrier set features a simple construction, and the use of hinge clips which makes them quick and easy to install, ideal for when a quick repair job is required. The modular design is available in 3 or 4 gate options, but with a clever interlocking feature multiple gates can be joined together to create barriers to cover much larger areas. No matter the size of the barrier you construct, the end result will be secure. This is due to the interlocking clamp which increases the inner stability of the barrier sets.These 100% recyclable barriers are available in red and yellow, both designed to be highly visible reducing the possibility of accidents on the work site.

The lightweight safegate barriers are easy to store and transport, due to compact folding and 750mm wide section making it a practical solution even when not in use. When working with deep excavations it's important not only to surround the area with barriers, but to include appropriate signage to warn people of the danger. Danger deep excavation signs can be easily attached to your manhole barrier using cable ties.

The robust construction of the Workgate manhole barrier sets complies with Chapter 8 Streetworks giving you confidence that this barrier system is fit for purpose and the knowledge you are providing the best hazard awareness for workers and pedestrians. And for more major works where you may need to stop traffic, stop go boards are available.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.

At the time of delivery

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
