    Light blue shelf trays ideal for small parts storage

    Our range of plastic shelf trays has undergone a complete redesign and the end result is a product which is much easier to use and even stronger than before. The plastic shelf trays are used for storing small components in a clear and organised way, ensuring the correct item can be found quickly and easily. They also have the added benefit of keeping stock clean and dust free.

    One of the improvements made is the option of including a sprung loaded shelf stop. This allows the trays to be suspended from the shelf, without fear of the shelf falling out and the contents spilling, giving you clear access to 90% of the shelf bin. A multi-functional addition, the shelf stop can also be used as a handle to carry the tray when it's full. These chrome shelf stops come handles, are available to purchase separately and are sold in packs of 20.

    Product identification has been significantly improved on these blue plastic shelf trays, the label area is now much larger with plenty of space to write the content of your tray or its name clearly.

    The shelf trays are available in three depths, the smallest being 300mm, the medium size container measures 400mm and the largest, a not insignificant 500mm, that's a whole half a metre! You also have the choice of two widths, 117mm or 234mm and heights of 90mm or 140mm, so you can choose the most appropriate shelf tray, depending on what you wish to store within them. You are also able to separate contents with additional dividers if you wish, these are available separately, are translucent and are supplied in packs of 50. The dividers also have a clear labelling area allowing you to keep your stock organised and easily accessible throughout the shelf tray.

    These shelf trays will feel right at home on Expo shelving bays, the galvanised shelves on this particular type of shelving help the bins to slide smoothly and pleasingly in and out, back and forth.

    Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

    Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

    Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

    Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
    We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

    Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
    Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

    Lead times are displayed in working days, which excludes weekends & bank holidays.
    During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.
    Stock levels change daily, if you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us and we will do our best to help.

    At the time of delivery

    An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
    Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
    A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

    Please check your delivered goods carefully.
    ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
    The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
    We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
    Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.

    Q. what weight can st5109 take
    A. If it is staying static on the shelf the drawer can take the weight of the shelf loading however if you are wanting to carry them around this would decrease significantly
