Locker product training for ESE staff

To enable our staff to advise customers on the best product for their needs, we regularly hold product training sessions. Here they are learning about a range of charging lockers.

With such a large range of lockers available, sometimes our customers find it difficult to choose the correct product which is why our product knowledge is invaluable. Mat Jones from one of our locker manufacturers made the sessions informative and fun ensuring our team learned all the finer details of the product.

Charging lockers provide a secure way of storing electrical equipment such as mobile phones, laptops and tablets, not only that, they can charge the devices too, meaning you can go off and do your gym session, or to a lecture, and return to a fully charged phone raring to go!

Michelle in our sales team said "I was impressed by the reduction in lead time for some ranges. Our customers do not always factor lockers into their site requirements until the last minute, so having an option to fast track the items will mean that we can help more people."

Projects administrator Luke was intrigued by the new anti-bacterial coating Active Coat which has superseded BioCote.

Sales Co-ordinator Rebecca said "I learnt that the lockers are made with cold rolled mild steel, and that the anti-bacterial coating exclusive to probe lockers is Active Coat. Overall the session was informative and Mat was very friendly, it is always nice to see our products in person."

Mark Wilson, Sales Manager was super happy to announce that "we are now able to supply some of our best-selling lockers in under a week."
