Ideal for central mail and internal post systems in offices, flats, hostels, schools, colleges and hospitals.

The multi-user post box industrial high capacity 40mm slot units are perfect for commercial and industrial areas, such as hospitals, office buildings, schools, colleges and universities. The boxes provide a safe, simple and effective postal filing and delivery system.

Each box has an individual slot for post and is secured with a cam lock. The keys have over, 2000 possible variations, ensuring a high degree of security. Only the key holder has access to the post once it has been put inside the box.

The boxes have been manufactured in the UK to a high quality and have an attractive light grey shell with a long-lasting semi-gloss epoxy powder coated finish. The boxes come in a stocked range of two door colours, light grey and dark blue, but other colours are available on a made to order basis, please call us for details.

These post boxes come in either three or six box capacities and each door has a cardholder for the display of a name or number.

The smaller unit holding three post boxes, measures 870 x 300 x 380mm. The larger, with six post box capacity, measures 1665 x 300 x 380mm. These boxes provide attractive secure postal facilities for any indoor communal space. Also in this range are post box lockers with 25mm slots and post box lockers with 15mm slots.

Delivery Charges

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

Estimated Delivery Times

Lead times are displayed in working days, which excludes weekends & bank holidays.
During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.
Stock levels change daily, if you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us and we will do our best to help.

At the time of delivery

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
