All steel construction sack holder with a quiet pedal operated lid
Sometimes, it simply is not possible - or a good idea - to touch a rubbish receptacle with one’s hands. These steel pedal operated sack holders are the perfect solution for that exact situation!
With its unique lid design, this sack holder actually inhibits and prevents the use of the operator’s hands, thus requiring foot pedal operation only. As the hands-free design is so effective, no hands will touch the bin’s surface which virtually eliminates the risk of the transfer of germs from one surface to another with the receptacle as the source. This feature makes the unit particularly effective in combating cross contamination and infection in clinical environments such as hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and even kitchens, production facilities, and workshops.
The free-standing pedal operated sack holder is manufactured from quality steel with a painted white finish and fitted with an ergonomic foot control pedal that easily and quickly opens the lid for the hygienic, hands-free disposal of almost any sort of rubbish.
Both the housing and lid are made of steel, which not only makes the unit sturdy, but also easy to clean when necessary. The freestanding sack holder also needs no additional support, so it can be easily and neatly placed in almost any location where such a receptacle is required. The pedal-operated lid also moves quietly, so noise and distraction will not be a problem.
Also available are fully enclosed, fire retardant steel sack holders available which are approved to NHS fire and safety regulations.
