Organisation is very important in any warehouse or storage room, as a lack of structured storage is less efficient, both in the use of space and in the time wasted trying to find things if they are not correctly labelled or stored in a specific position. Many products have documents associated with them, either instructions or safety information for customers, or statutory details if the warehouse is storing chemicals or other potentially dangerous substances. These documents could be filed away all together, but the easiest option is to keep them right beside the product to which they belong, especially in the case of chemicals, so that if an accident does occur the proper treatment information is available right away, safety first and all that.

Our magnetic document holders allow your papers and information that goes with products to be stored safely and neatly right by the product itself which can save valuable time in the event of an accident, and help with an efficient picking and packing process for warehouses that are despatching goods out to customers. There are a range of pockets to fit standard paper sizes from A7 to A4, so that all the important documents can be stored safely and kept in good condition without the need to fold them. Each pocket has a magnetic strip fixing located at the top of the pocket so that they can be simply stuck to any steel surface and moved around easily and quickly, making them ideal for warehouses with metal racking and shelving. You could even use them for displaying company social events on the fridge in your green room or canteen, and with the pockets being wipe clean they're great for areas where they may get splashed. For use on non-magnetic surfaces you can team them with magnetic self-adhesive racking strips which turn any surface into a magnetic one.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

Estimated Delivery Times

Lead times are displayed in working days, which excludes weekends & bank holidays.
During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.
Stock levels change daily, if you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us and we will do our best to help.

At the time of delivery

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
