Colourful key tags that are useful accessories for key cabinets

A key monitoring system is something that is fairly easy to set up, particularly for those workplaces that already have key cabinets and other essentials in place. Colour coded key tags come in long or short versions and are ideal for workplaces that have lots of sets of keys. Companies with different departments can use a different colour for each one, while estate agencies could use different colours for different parts of town. It can also make keys easier to find when they are out of the cabinet as the brightly coloured tags can be easily spotted on a desk or in a bag.

The Colour Coded Key Tags Long or Short come in varying pack sizes so that businesses will be able to find a size that suits them. Long key tags are great for small key cabinets where there is more space for the tag to hang, they're also a good option if you need to record a larger amount of information about the key it is attached to.

Short key tags work well in large capacity key cabinets where space is mostly taken up by keys. There is a section where an ID for the keys can be written so that if they are found by another member of staff they can be easily identified and put back into the right place.

A key monitoring system is something that may be required by health and safety regulations or insurance providers and this is a very easy way to set up such a system.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

Lead times are displayed in working days, which excludes weekends & bank holidays.
During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.
Stock levels change daily, if you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us and we will do our best to help.

At the time of delivery

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.

KT20S-BLU - What I expected, although they are now supplied without a plastic window so it is possible for the writing on the tag to be smudged easily.
