Semi Vertical Bike Rack
Buy Now- Semi Vertical Bike Rack capable of storing up to 10 bikes
- Ideal for use where space is at a premium
- Bikes are stored at 450mm centres with alternating high / low positions (other centres are available but it is not recommended to have the bikes stored much closer together as it makes them harder to get in and out of the semi vertical rack spaces)
- Overall dimensions are 1114mm deep (plus rear bike wheel overhang which depends on size of cycle wheel) x 1463mm high (approx 1850mm high with bikes in place)
- Can be manufactured to any length to suit any number of bikes you require
- Maximum 50mm tyre width in each channel
- Approximate weight of rack is 12.5kg per bike stored and there are between 6 and 10 floor fixing holes in the base depending on rack ordered (floor fixings not included)
- Supplied in kit form for assembly on site for easier transport and reduced storage on site before being installed (installation not included but we can for additional cost)
PLEASE NOTE: Tarmac fixing is never as good as concrete fixing. Whenever drilling holes in tarmac it is essential that you do not drill the holes to wide because in any warm weather tarmac will become pliable and the fixings will naturally loosen over time.

Semi-vertical bike storage solution uses reduced floor space compared to traditional cycle racks
Bicycles are great, they don't add to the carbon footprint and keep individuals both green and in shape. The only problem is, bikes take up space and have a tendency to fall down when not in use, and they look cluttered and messy when stored improperly.
Traditional bike stands are fine as long as a premises has sufficient room to install them. For those short on floor space, a Semi Vertical Bike Rack allows its users to keep bikes tidy even in cramped areas.
The bike racks can be custom made to the length desired, depending on how many bikes need to be store. We offer 4 choices capable of storing 4, 6, 8 or 10 bikes on each rack. Each bike is positioned at 450mm centres with alternating high and low positioning for easy access to bike locks and chains. In order to easily place bikes in the racks and remove them, it is not recommended to store them any closer together than this.
The slanted racks made of galvanised steel are fixed to both a horizontal steel base and the wall, making it just as steady as a traditional stand. Simply wheel the bike up the rack and guide it into position. The rack fits most standard tyre widths - up to a maximum of 50mm tyre width in each channel.
The Semi Vertical Bike Rack is quality made in the UK and has a hot dip galvanised finish that makes it especially durable, which is vital if storing the bikes in more exposed places. For ease of transport, these bike racks are supplied in kit form for own assembly.
