Transporting flammable chemicals or liquids can be undeniably risky, but if you invest in a secure hazardous storage chest you can do this with confidence. The Armorgard TransBank has been designed specifically for transporting smaller quantities of flammable liquids or chemicals. Fully compliant with all industry regulations, this fully welded storage chest has a tested sump base that is efficient at preventing the leakage of hazardous contents and there are air vents installed to prevent the build-up of fumes. As standard, flame arrestor gauze is fitted in every box which coupled with an effective resistance against fire with its ½ hour fire rating specification, you can have peace of mind in the safe transportation of your flammables.

You have the option of fixing this hazardous storage chest on the back of your vehicle or it can be left loose if needs be. The bright red finish and hazard warning signs fixed on the chest ensure full understanding of the potentially lethal contents. Although designed for transportation, all the safety features of this TransBank, hazardous storage box means it can also be used for statically storing Jerry cans and harmful chemicals.

There are five different sizes of the hazardous material storage box available, meaning whatever your needs, there will be an option to suit.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.

At the time of delivery

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.

Q. Is the TRB4 suitable for outdoor fuel storage?

A. Yes the Armorgard Transbank range (inc TRB4) is suitable for outdoor storage of fuel in suitable containers and will help protect from theft whilst meeting COSHH regulations.

Q. How many 20l jerry cans can I fit in to a TRB6? Is this the largest size you produce?

A. The TRB6 is the largest TransBank model available and can accommodate 7 standard 20 litre jerry cans (368mm long x 166mm wide x 468mm high)

Q. Can I drill this hazardous storage chest to a wooden floor?

A. Yes, you can as it has feet that come out of the side, which have two bolt holes either side, approx 8-10 ml.
