Warehouse protection barrier rails that are easy to install, simply position the legs of the guard or rail and secure with 4 anchor bolts per base plate (not included)
Fixed protection rails and guards are designed to help prevent damage to static equipment and machinery by halting moving vehicular traffic before it collides with them. Ideal for industrial and retail areas, they are an economical safety measure, which over the long-term will make a significant saving on repairs and maintenance costs. They are a strong and effective permanent protection solution for racking, pedestrian walkways and machinery against impact damage caused by forklift trucks or other vehicles. Designed to be highly visible with their striking yellow background and black stripes, they can be easily stepped over by pedestrians.
Manufactured in Germany and TUV GS safety approved, the rails are made from 76mm diameter steel tubing and are easy to install. A 4mm steel plate is available to provide extra protection on under run versions.
These fixed protection rails and guards are available in two standard heights, 350mm and 650mm and two standard widths, 750mm and 1000mm. Fixed protection rails and guards can also be supplied in a range of different colours and sizes. Quick to remove protection barriers and guards, which have fixed anchor plates and easy to remove flanges are another option. They allow the entire barrier to be lifted out to permit occasional access to machinery and other movable items, such as racking. But theses barrier rails and guards are intended to be a permanent safety feature within your warehouse. We aim to deliver your stripy protection rail or guard to you within 10-15 working days of us receiving your order.

Delivery Charges
Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.
Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.
Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.
Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.
Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

Estimated Delivery Times
Lead times are displayed in working days, which excludes weekends & bank holidays.
During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.
Stock levels change daily, if you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us and we will do our best to help.
At the time of delivery
An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.
Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
Problems with Deliveries
Nobody is perfect, unfortunately damages & mistakes happen.
In this case, please email customer services on [email protected] as soon you receive your item (including a photo would really help speed things up).

195.14.450 - The rail was easy to fit and looked good. One small issue was the paint finish cracked where the rail was bolted to the floor otherwise excellent.
