Floor mats are used extensively for heavy-duty applications such as manufacturing and warehousing facilities where durability and traction is important. The high-duty floor mats are designed in such a way that they deliver across various industrial requirements, ranging from preventing fatigue and postural problems to providing a good grip, slip-resistant surface.
These high duty rubber floor mats are very effective in reducing fatigue that arises due to standing for long periods of time and increases productivity. The raised circular surface of these floor mats provides superior slip resistance and the open holes allow spilt liquids to drain away effectively, making it safer for use and easy to clean. The efficient construction with the combination of SBR rubber and nitrile allows give longevity and durability to the floor mats.
High duty rubber floor mats are available as a single unit, with interlocking sections along the sides which allows you to expand the matting to whatever area you need to cover. There are optional edge profiles to help you complete your matting, this looks neat and tidy whilst also reduced potential slips and trips.
A single section of the high duty rubber floor mat has a width of 900mm and length of 1500mm. It conforms to slip resistance test EN 13552 Category R10 and features a standard thickness of 12.5mm.
You can buy the Rubber heavy-duty floor tiles from ESE Direct and be assured of fast and reliable delivery service, usually within 3 to 5 working days.
