The solid polymer shelving system with 4 shelves, from ESE Direct, provides robust storage options that are suitable for use in cold environments such as fridges and freezers. Each shelf in the system has the capacity to hold loads of up to 360kg, that's 1440kg per bay, if you have the standard 4-shelf unit. The shelving system comes in electroplated steel and has had a protective antibacterial coating applied for hygiene purposes. The shelves themselves are adjustable to a full extent at intervals of 50mm. If four shelves isn't enough for your needs, additional solid polymer shelves can be ordered to maximise your storage facility. And don't forget you have the option of creating your own bespoke coldroom shelving solution by mixing and matching vented polymer shelves with solid ones.

Assembly of the shelves could not be any more straightforward as they come bolt-free. You also have the option of ordering mobile shelving, which basically means it's mounted on four wheels, the castors for these are available to purchase separately. As the castors are fitted at the time of manufacture, they should be ordered at the same time as your coldroom polymer shelving. The inclusion of wheels is ideal if you need to move your shelves from one location to another, or place them close to each other to optimise storage potential. Each shelving unit is supplied with 4 solid polymer shelves. The advantage of solid shelves over vented ones is that they are easy to keep clean and have the ability to contain any spills.

The solid polymer shelving system with 4 shelves comes in a range of widths and a choice of 460mm or 610mm deep shelves. These solid polymer shelves can be use in damp and cold conditions, freezers and chillers, making them a great choice for caterers and restaurant businesses.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

Lead times are displayed in working days, which excludes weekends & bank holidays.
During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.

At the time of delivery

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
