A familiar sight on our roads and public areas, the traffic cone has a multitude of uses. Most commonly, traffic cones can be seen in heavy traffic areas used to alert people towards motorway contraflow systems and lane delineation, but they are also useful to cordon off sections of public areas.

Designed and manufactured in the U.K. these robust traffic cones are constructed from a flexible compound, while the wide and sturdy base is made from 100% recycled products. The Highwayman traffic cone comes in two parts for easy assembly and compact storage. Once assembled, the helpful hand grip makes carrying the cones a simple task.

The standard orange colour and D2 sleeves which are supplied with the traffic cones provided make them unavoidable and highly visible, an essential role of the humble traffic cone!

These 2-piece traffic cones are available in three different heights: 500mm, 750mm and 1000mm, and each of the variant weighs 2.5kgs, 4.6kgs and 7kgs respectively. Simply choose the option which best suits the intended use. These cones work particularly well at creating a complete barrier when used along with extendable barrier poles.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.

At the time of delivery

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.

Q. Please would it be possible to confirm the width of the base of the 1000mm cone?

A. Yes, the width of the base of the 1000mm cone is 535mm

Q. what is the depth of the thickness of your 750/1000 motorway cone, and do they stack to the same thickness.

A. The base section is 50mm in height. The cones stack at this increment.

Q. Can you provide me with a twin band traffic cone?

A. We can, however it doesn’t comply with the UK regulations. If you are exporting it out of the UK it is fine, but to comply with UK regulations, the cones should have a single band as per our website.
