One of our heaviest duty pallet trucks, this design can move up to 3000kg (3 tonnes) of weight, making it usable in larger warehouses and distribution centres. At only 80kg, the trucks are relatively easy to navigate when not in use, reducing strain on operators. With a 230º turning circle, manoeuvring, even in narrow aisles will become far easier, especially with lubricated bushes in all moving parts, reducing maintenance.
The pallet truck, also called a pallet jack, can be lowered to 80mm and raised to 200mm, allowing for continued ground clearance even over more unstable surfaces, while making them suitable for transporting most pallet styles. It can easily pick up CHEP, UK, and EURO pallets. Fork width is 160mm.
Polyurethane tyres have lower running noise than nylon wheels and give the best traction to floor surfaces, reducing the prominence of skidding or sliding while transporting. This is vital with heavier loads as sliding trucks will be harder to stop and could cause damage. The tandem rear rollers are crucially polyurethane, while the front steering wheel is rubber, connecting to the three function operating handle with a built-in brake for maximum control. Ideal for use in packaging industries there is a stretch wrap holder designed to mount on the handle of these trucks helping to ensure that you have access to stretch wrap when you need it.
