Machines often contain moving parts that cannot be lubricated by automatic oil feeders, in these cases, manual application by spraying as part of a routine maintenance schedule is an ideal solution. Spray application can ensure lubricant is effectively applied to difficult to reach areas and the formula means the oil "grips" the components reducing the need for constant application.
NSF H1 registered (No 160653) for incidental food contact means Vickelube FGS SL spray is suitable for use in food processing environments and it is also manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570. Also suitable for "clean" and pharmaceutical production areas.
The spray should be applied sparingly in an even coat from approximately 15-30 cm and provides a light, long life wet film.
H1 classification is the industry standard for lubricants intended for use in applications where there is potential for incidental food contact. Such incidental contact is limited to a trace amount; it must not exceed 10 parts per million (0.001%), otherwise food is deemed unsafe for consumption. H1 lubricant formulations may only contain certain base stocks, additives and thickeners as specified by FDA regulations 21 CFR 178.3750.
There are a range of Vickerlube spray cleaners and lubricants available, these include a solvent cleaner spray, food grade synthetic grease spray, food grade WD spray lubricant and food grade chain lubricant spray.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.
Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.
Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.
Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.
Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.

At the time of delivery
An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.
Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
