It is required by the Health and Safety Regulations 1981, for workplaces to provide a suitable health and safety provision in the workplace. These small first aid cabinets are ideal for offices and schools, and are capable of holding a large amount of first aid supplies thanks to each shelf having a 65kg weight capacity. These first aid cabinets are strong and robust with reinforced doors for extra strength, allowing them to withstand bumps and knocks.
Available as a regular cabinet with flat steel top and also a dished top with rubber mat, allowing for items to be placed on top of the cabinet without danger of slipping due to the grippy rubber mat. Both cabinets come with 270 degree labelling which complies with BS5499-1, allowing the cabinet to be easily seen in an emergency. Coming with a key operated lock, the cabinet can be locked to secure the contents while it is also coated in Active Coat anti-bacterial technology, which protects the cabinet from harmful bacteria such as MRSA and E-Coli, allowing this cabinet to be a good choice in hospitals where bacteria is abundant. A slightly larger medical cabinet is available if you prefer, which measures 1015mm in height. Stands and extra shelves for these cabinets are available separately.
