Steel square tube cutting jigs manufactured from durable heavy-duty nylon
Steel saw guides allow the tube to be accurately hand cut. The jigs are ideally used in pairs as this allows the tube being cut to be safely supported at both ends. One of the benefits offered by these square tube cutting jigs is that they are very light, just 0.5kg in weight, leading to them be extremely portable and able to be used anywhere in the workshop. The saw guides on the jig, when used in conjunction with another one at the far end of the tube, ensure accurate cutting to the length required.
The heavy duty nylon ensures the jigs remain long lasting. Nylon is extremely tough, does not rust or corrode, unlike metal. This means that these square tube cutting jigs are not only inexpensive, but will remain undamaged and able to be used for manual cutting for years to come, saving on costs for all types and sizes of businesses that use them. As well as helping a business to save on cost, the square tube cutting jig is extremely easy to use in the workplace. It is merely a case of securing it on the workbench or in a vice. When used in conjunction with another jig, the distance between them will relate to the length the tube is to be cut. Once the two jigs have been held steady, the saw guides will ensure that any cutting is straight and true. All of this means that this jig can play a key role in helping a company to reach its productivity targets. Steel square tube connectors are available separately.
