Tested for the following: Abrasion Resistance (cycle), Blade Cut Resistance (coupe test/index), Tear Resistance (newton), Puncture Resistance (newton)
4: Dependent on the number of turns until a hole appears in the material
X: Not applicable. The cut test ISO 13997(TDM test) was performed instead
4: The force required to tear the glove material apart is measured
2: Based on the amount of force required to puncture the material with a tip
C: A knife cuts with constant speed but increasing force until breakthrough of the cut protection material. The result is given by a letter, A to F, where F indicates the highest level of protection.
