The bollards in the AUTOPA range are made of galvanised mild steel. This material choice ensures longevity and durability, making them suitable for withstanding the rigors of warehouse environments. The black coating of the bollards, combined with 2 x 150mm reflective yellow bands spaced at 200mm, enhances visibility. The use of reflective bands is particularly effective in low-light conditions or areas with limited visibility.
The primary purpose of these safety bollards is to provide protection in warehouse settings. They are designed to withstand impacts and collisions that commonly occur in such environments, helping to prevent damage to structures, equipment, or inventory. The versatility of these safety bollards makes them suitable for both internal and external warehouse environments.
The placement of the reflective yellow bands is at 200mm intervals, contributing to a consistent and visually effective design. The black and yellow colour scheme is a standard choice for safety-related products, as it is highly recognisable and associated with caution and visibility. The use of galvanised mild steel indicates that the bollards have been treated to resist corrosion, ensuring a longer lifespan, especially in environments where exposure to moisture or harsh conditions is common.
