Shelving Installation for Major New Police Station

Our projects team have been busy working to some tight deadlines and provided another successful, large shelving installation for a new Police station building.

Having worked with the team at ESE Projects very successfully on other shelving installations the Police asked us to take part in the quoting process for work at a new major Police Station. Following a detailed site consultation and survey, a design was submitted which showed how the space in each room would be optimised. The shelving and racking products chosen were selected to meet the needs of the various departments - heavy-duty shelving as well as some stainless steel shelving for use by specialist teams.

It was decided that our designs and costings were the most favourable when compared to the competition and we were delighted to receive instructions from the Police to carry out the work.

This was a large-scale project with a tight schedule. Providing the products in the large quantities required, along with booking the installation team and meeting the required deadline was a challenge. To ensure that the work stayed on track, our Sales Manager visited the site and communicated with the client at various stages. During the build, the customer required some design changes, which we were able to accommodate.

The work was completed on time and met with the clients approval, allowing them to move from their previous site to the new location.
