Accidental damage to buildings and other structures by cars is a common problem for many businesses. This is especially true for situations where vehicles are regularly manoeuvring in the close vicinity of a building. These fixed and sprung boundary posts are designed with the explicit purpose of protecting your business premises. They can also be used to outline the boundaries of parking spaces or areas where vehicular access is not permitted. They protect not just the building structures but also individuals by providing a strong and secure barrier between pedestrian access areas and roads.
The fixed boundary posts come with two types of mount - flanged, with three holes for 12mm bolts or the ragged ended which can be grouted into the ground where appropriate. The variance between these two types of fixtures gives you a greater deal of flexibility when fitting the posts.
The sprung boundary posts are built from a highly innovative design aimed at minimising the damage to a vehicle upon accidental impact. These posts are made with a flexible mount which allows for movement in any direction. It is also designed so that if the bollard is hit, it will safely return to its original vertical position. These bollards are available in either galvanised steel or brushed yellow finish giving you a degree of flexibility with regard to ensuring that the bollards do not have a negative impact on the overall aesthetic of the site. This highly inventive and leading design means that you can now protect your business’ property whilst knowing that any potential damage to vehicles will be minimised.
