A good shelving system is important for any warehouse or store room, and having one that is adjustable and can be added to if required is ideal. Such a system will allow users to maintain flexibility, so a change in the materials or stock that requires storage on a particular shelf will not cause any problems. If the spaces between the shelves can be adjusted, then any type of item can be stored anywhere without wasting a great deal of space, such as when small items are stored on a shelf with a lot of head room. You could even use some shelf bins to truly maximise your storage potential. Open back shelves are great against a wall, as they are lighter and cheaper than those with a full back yet do exactly the same job, and there's no requirement for a back to your unit as the wall acts as a back for you.
This Stormor shelving extension bay adds extra storage space to an existing Stormor shelving unit quickly and easily. The shelves can be placed at whatever height is required and then easily adjusted later. The difference between starter and extension bays is that a starter bay of shelving is able to stand on its own as it has two end frames, or sets of uprights if you prefer (one at each end of the bay) whereas the extension shelving bays only have one end frame or set of uprights, which means it needs to be joined to another bay of the same type of shelving to enable it to stand up. These shelving extension bays are available in a choice of two heights, 1.85m and 2.15m with a selection of widths and depths, so you'll be sure to find something to suit your requirements. There's a choice of frame colour too, you can opt for traditional light grey, suave blue or graphite grey depending on your mood. Delivery Charges
Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.
Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.
Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.
Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.
Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

Lead times are displayed in working days, which excludes weekends & bank holidays.
During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.
Stock levels change daily, if you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us and we will do our best to help.
At the time of delivery
An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.
Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.

Nobody is perfect, unfortunately damages & mistakes happen.
