Smart, closed back Stormor solo shelving extension bays to complement solo shelving starter bays
Adjustable and flexible shelving is an important feature of a warehouse, stock room or distribution centre, as the need to store completely different items on the same shelves at different times is bound to arise. Large shelves which are fixed in size in order to accommodate the largest possible items may seem practical, but there will be significant space wasted when smaller items are stored on the same shelves. Stormor shelving units are made in the UK and are adjustable, they can be built up from an initial starter unit with storage capacity increased by adding extension bays until the shelving needs of the room or warehouse are met. They can also be moved about and adjusted so that space is never wasted. These Stormor units have six levels, the levels include the base and very top of the unit.
These extension bays come with just one upright piece and are intended to be attached to an existing closed back solo Stormor unit to create extra storage space with great ease and simplicity. This closed back shelving is particularly ideal for smaller items that may fall down the back of an open back unit, and they come in two heights, the shortest measuring 1850mm tall and larger option is over two metres tall - 2150mm, with the option of 1000mm and 1250mm widths and 300mm, 370mm or 450mm depths to choose from. So you can be sure you'll find a shelving unit that will they fit perfectly neatly into your available work space. Solo shelving is a staple in many workplaces, it's strong, sturdy and reliable and with the flexibility to add extra shelves and with the huge range of dimensions on offer you can be sure these shelves are a great investment. These shelving units are delivered flat-packed but are quick and easy to put together, please see Stormor solo shelving installation advice. We aim to deliver your shiny new shelving to you within seven to ten working days of receiving your order.
