Steel stands for barrier tape
These strong metal poles for hazard barrier tape are designed to provide temporary fenced-off areas to keep out unauthorised individuals. It is simply a matter of wrapping barrier tape between the specially constructed struts to create a secure enclosed area. The posts are perfect for use when cordoning off roadways, construction sites, sports events, hazardous areas and restricted areas where non-authorised personnel are not allowed.
The simple design of the poles makes it is easy to create a barrier using any number of stands with warning bunting or barrier tape stretched between them. It is simply a matter of pushing the stands into the ground, wrapping barrier tape around the struts and connecting it to the adjacent post to create an enclosed area. This ease of use enables the rapid creation of secure areas, especially where the ground is soft.
The stands have a pointed steel tip for easy penetration into soft ground. They are 1.2m high and have a diameter of 14mm. These striking red painted, high visibility stands, when used in conjunction with barrier tape, make it abundantly clear to everyone which areas are off-limits and which are not. They can also be used in conjunction with plastic temporary fencing rolls to provide a completely secure area.
