These highly visible safety barriers are designed for protection around machinery and equipment and for defining walkways through industrial, manufacturing and warehousing sites
In any manufacturing or warehouse environment it is a requirement of health and safety regulations that clear walkways should be defined. This allows staff members to walk without fear of getting in the way of workers or machinery and gives clear guidelines for those who are operating plant machinery such as forklift trucks as to which areas to avoid. Making use of a product such as the Round Tube Rail Barriers is one way of clearly marking off the areas in which it is safe to walk.
The barriers have been designed to be highly visible, thanks to their sunny yellow powder-coated paint finish, and will give the required protection around the various pieces of machinery and equipment. The actual barriers can be easily assembled on-site and come in a range of sizes. There are heights of both 500mm and 900mm and these come with either a single or twin rail. The round tube barriers themselves are available in lengths of 400mm, 800mm, 1600mm or 2000mm. This means that even if there is only a small area to be sectioned off there is a barrier rail to suit your business. The rails and upright posts are available individually for you to create your very own bespoke warehouse barrier.
Health and safety regulations are often very strict in manufacturing environments and durable equipment such as this goes a long way to meeting those requirements. These yellow tubular rail barriers are manufactured in the UK and are supplied in kit form, complete with floor fixings for on-site assembly.

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.
Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.
Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.
Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.
Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

Lead times are displayed in working days, which excludes weekends & bank holidays.
During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.
Stock levels change daily, if you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us and we will do our best to help.
At the time of delivery
An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.
Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.

Q. whats the recommended distance between posts and rails and how are the posts fixed to the ground, and what diameter is the rails, thanks
A. The maximum recommended distance between post is 2 metres, the posts have heavy duty pre-drilled fixing plates and are fixed to the ground with expansion bolts and the rails are 38mm diameter.
