Heavy-duty steel bike shelter structure with galvanised corrugated roof
Whilst classic bike racks can be a great investment if there is a limited amount of space to play with in the company car park, those with a little more room should certainly consider the merits of our traditional cycle shelters, which represent the ideal investment for those looking to keep their employee's possessions safe and secure.
At 1900mm deep, the shelters are created using quality galvanised or light grey powder coated finish perforated steel for the panels, the sloping roofs are made from galvanised sheet, which is ideal for ensuring rainwater runs naturally down and away from the bikes. Another key factor in further protecting the cycles is the fact that there is the option of choosing a closed-back shelter if it is to be sited in an exposed area.
The overall dimensions of these shelters are 2180mm high, 2450mm wide and 1900mm deep as standard, but we also offer larger models; including 1900mm deep, 3060mm wide shelters as well as two widths for our 2500mm deep configurations: 3060mm wide and 2450mm wide. If more space is required we are here to assist.
As ever, we seek to provide genuine customisation for our clients, it is possible to choose the frame colour from: grey, blue, green red or black and either open and closed options as well as extension bays for every single traditional cycle shelter size we offer.
All of our traditional cycle shelters are supplied with adjustable feet for onsite positioning as well as parabolts for surface mounting. We strongly recommended the shelters are bolted to 250mm thick concrete for stability.
When a company has a particularly large number of cyclists amongst its staff, our cycle shelters are the ideal choice to ensure all their bikes are kept in tip-top condition during those working days parked outside. These shelters could also be used as motorbike shelters when used in conjunction with steel motorcycle locking loops.
Note: Cycle racks & hoops are sold separately - pictured with traditional cycle rack
