Heavy-duty broadcast salt spreader for pathways, public and access areas
When it comes to keeping access areas, pathways, forecourts and public areas free of ice, this 27kg lightweight walk-behind salt spreader offers a simple solution that works time after time. Effective in spreading its contents over an allotted area, the push along salt spreader can also make other spreading jobs easy all year round.
Whether it be for seeding or feeding a grassy area or spreading fertiliser on smallholdings, this 27kg push along salt spreader is also suitable for salt, grit, and weedkiller.
As tough in form as it is functional in design, this lightweight salt spreader covers an area of 3 to 3.6 metres spread in a 360-degree motion. This lightweight push along broadcast salt spreader ensures even coverage and makes what was once an arduous and messy job easy.
Easy to clean, the heavy-duty construction of this salt spreader equipped with rain cover means that it can weather most small knocks, and its sturdy plastic wheels can, within reason, tackle slightly uneven terrain. The strong tubular steel frame holds the polypropylene dispensing hopper securely and features a simple pull-wire release mechanism at the handle end of the salt spreader’s frame. The sturdy frame can be adjusted via two metal wing nut butterfly bolts located halfway down the frame.
