TRAFFIC-LINE Temporary Barrier System ideal for traffic and pedestrian control
Drive past any construction site or roadworks and you'll see some form of temporary barrier system which cordons off the desired area. While the style of the barrier may differ whether they're Avalon Barriers, traffic cone systems or something else they all fulfil the same purpose which is to alert drivers and pedestrians to the ongoing works.
The TRAFFIC-LINE temporary barrier system is a competitively priced, versatile system. The modular design of this system means you only have to order what you need, whereas with kits you may well be left with a post or a spare barrier which isn't required.
The TRAFFIC-LINE red and white pedestrian barrier system is extremely lightweight for easy on-site assembly and transportation. While this lightweight construction may mean it's easy to assemble, it certainly doesn't mean it will struggle to stay upright in windy conditions. The large recycled black base provides a stable base to which the 1,170mm tall post uprights are placed, these HDPE posts are supplied with an orange finish that support the reflective planks. The hi-vis reflective HDPE planks complete the system and are available in two lengths to suit your needs - 1250mm or 2000mm.
When fully assembled this barrier system will stand at a height of 1170 mm and the hi-vis finish draws the attention of passing pedestrians and vehicles. If you need to stop traffic during roadworks, a pair of traditional stop go boards are an easy, portable solution.
