High performance gear oil for use in; gearboxes and gear systems in food processing and clean manufacturing industries, with excellent water resistance which extends bearing, gears and gearbox life, operating at wide ambient temperature ranges. The additive package gives enhanced corrosion protection properties and supports manufacturers requirements for HACCP and GMP programmes.
H1 registered safe to use where incidental food contact may occur and certified for use in Halal and Kosher food processing operations.
H1 classification is the industry standard for lubricants intended for use in applications where there is potential for incidental food contact. Such incidental contact is limited to a trace amount; it must not exceed 10 parts per million (0.001%), otherwise food is deemed unsafe for consumption. H1 lubricant formulations may only contain certain base stocks, additives and thickeners as specified by FDA regulations 21 CFR 178.3750.
This oil is manufactured to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21469 and meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570, it also meets or exceeds the requirements of DIN 5175-3: 2014-02 CLP, ISO 12925-1 CKB and ISO-L-CKB (according to ISO/DIS 6743-6).
Available on 3 types, classified by viscosity at 40°C:
Vickerlube 220 and 320 are suitable for use in all inline gearbox types

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.
Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.
Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.
Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.
Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

At the time of delivery
An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.
Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
