Provides solid, smooth hygienic shelf levels enabling easy access to products on shelves
These shelves, supplied for use as a series of lift-out panels for easy removal and cleaning, complement the manufacturer’s range of shelving and racking products. Owing to their robust construction, the shelves can stand up to a great deal of wear and tear. Being rustproof, the shelves are also perfectly suitable for outdoor use where the usual chipboard shelving decks would not be sufficiently durable and may not support the same weight load. There is clearly a place for this product in the company’s shelving and pallet racking range.
The shelves are available in four sizes to match the requirements of the shelving and racking range, and each full shelf has an evenly distributed load capacity of approximately 2,000 kg. An obvious benefit to the user is the fact that, being galvanised, the shelves are not only rustproof but also smooth and hygienic. This is ideal for the storage of products which are not suitable for storage on pallets, although pallets may still be used without removal of the decking panels, provided the weight limitation is not exceeded.
We can also supply an anti-collapse system for your pallet racking that is the strongest on the market and provides a durable barrier against accidents caused by goods falling from or being mistakenly knocked off pallet racks. It is made from fully welded mesh and steel frames and is available in three models with different levels of protection. Anti-collapse panels are easy to mount using sturdy brackets that fit the majority of pallet racks, please call 0808 274 9657 for more information.
