2250mm wide beams are suitable for pallet widths of up to 2 x 1000mm wide per level leaving 75mm clearance each side of pallets to make loading and unloading with a forklift easier

Adjustable pallet racking

This additional set of pallet racking bay kits allows greater flexibility of warehouse or workshop floor layout planning. The kits can be used in combination with other widths to maximise floor space and give maximum economy of investment. Clearance margins allow safe and practical use of fork-lift trucks.

This range consists of six starter kits and six extension kits up to a maximum height of 6000 mm giving a capacity of ten pallets per kit, including the floor space as the first level and the large range of sizes allows flexibility in planning your floor layout. Two fully assembled end frames, all installation fittings and floor bolts are included in the starter kits, while the extension kits comprise one fully assembled end frame, all installation fittings, floor bolts and the other end of the shelf beams locate into uprights of the starter bay frame. Full installation instructions are included.

Beam heights are adjustable to suit different pallet load heights. On the 1100 mm deep bays, two pallets 1000 mm wide x 1200 mm deep can be placed, leaving a clearance of 75 mm each side of the pallets. On the 900mm deep bays, two pallets 1000 mm wide x 1000 mm deep can be placed with the same clearance either side of the pallets. The maximum weight capacity for each bay is 2000 kg, so a maximum weight of 1000 kg per pallet would give uniformity of load distribution in each bay.

The uprights are finished in a durable graphite grey and the beams in a highly visible orange yellow (RAL 2000). There's also a range of waste recycling sacks designed for attaching to the pallet racking ends, they're ideal for keeping waste off your warehouse floor and for separation of your recyclables from general waste. Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £50 ex.VAT.

Orders under £50 ex.VAT - £5.95 delivery charge.

Postcode exceptions: HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire.

Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR or KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing).
We are unable to confirm exact delivery times, but we can usually confirm a day if you let us know in advance.

Saturday deliveries, timed AM or PM or above ground floor deliveries are available at extra cost.
Oversized products requiring a crane or hiab offload may incur an additional charge.

Lead times are displayed in working days, which excludes weekends & bank holidays.
During these unprecedented times, occasionally we are experiencing unexpected delays. If you have not received your item within the lead time shown please contact us and we will look into it as a matter of urgency.

At the time of delivery

An authorised person must be present to sign for delivery.
Failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
A request to leave goods without signature is entirely at your own risk.

Please check your delivered goods carefully.
ESE Direct cannot accept claims for shortage or damage after goods have been signed for.
The only exception is proof of a carrier note that is marked as damaged.
We must also be notified in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Please do not sign for any goods as 'unexamined' or 'unchecked' as carriers will not accept liability for any subsequent damage.
